Villa Deodora its surely one of the nicest properties in the western lake Garda.
The Palazzo (16-th century) is located in the picturesque town of Bogliaco.
The property lies directly on the lake shore and owns a cultivated park and a private boat jetty.
The view is fantastic: you can see in a look the whole lake until the Monte Baldo.
The Palazzo develops on three floors for a total of 600 square meters.
On the first floor are elegant rooms with original drawing of artist Andrea CELESTI (1673-1712), as a Residential dining room, music room and big Billiards rooms. Here there are also the indoor swimming pool in Bisazza-mosaic, the fitness space, the shower rooms, the bath, an antique fireplace and marble table for parties and dinner among friends
In the living room big windows permit a marvellous look at the park and lake.
The famous Italian musician who lived here in the past used to enjoy this overview while playing his Steinway.
From the big drawing rooms you can reach the modern kitchen.
At the same level there are a bedroom and two baths.
Using the handmade stair of iron one reaches the second floor where there is the main bedroom which offers an impressive look on the lake.
A luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi and shower is on this floor.
At 3rd floor there is a big loft flooded with light with wooden ceiling and dreamlike lake view, a bathroom and another bedroom.
The disposition of the room would let you easily create three independent apartments with separate entrances.

Equipment and materials:
Although the original structure of the Palazzo was maintained, important interventions have been carried out.
On the one hand, the renovation was made according to the default of the conservation of monuments and historic buildings.
Besides, some of the antique floors were remade in cotto, while others with new materials but according to the original style.
All baths are tiled in Botticino marble.
