Saraya Ras Al Khaimah Project is a 5.5 km Natural island located 1 hour from Dubai on the Emirates highway which is connected directly to our project through our skillfully landscaped 2.5 km tree-line Boulevard. This Boulevard will intersect the Village at the 2 signature towers turning it into a pedestrian boulevard which then turns into a pedestrian bridge as it goes over the lagoon from the big retail component on Saraya Village onto the other retail component on Al Marsa Island finally ending at the Marina.
The Project is positioned between the majestic view of the Hajjar Mountain, with the Lagoon being on one side of the Islands and the Azure Sea on the other side and is also a mere 30 minutes drive from the Musandam Peninsula Omani border where all the most beautiful Coral, Dolphins and other unique marine life can be found.
Saraya Ras Al Khaimah is divided into five zones, Saraya Village (the gateway to the whole project), Al Marsa Island, Al Boum Island, Al Sahab and Al Wahat Island.
Saraya Village
: is composed of apartment buildings made up of four, 4 to 6 floor apartment buildings. The number of apartments totals up to about 176 units and are broken down into 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. This compound has a common courtyard, swimming pool and jacuzzi for the four buildings. Lower homes of these building types have a garden home. Saraya Village is connected to the Center Island by 2 vehicular bridges and pedestrian bridges. Farther north and south of the project there are 2 other bridges which allow access to Al Boum and Al Sahab Islands.
Al Wahat: Future residential component.
Al Sahab: A big Spa resort managed by Banyan Tree brining extreme relaxation and comfort options to the project.
Al Marsa: The main commercial, retail and entertainment center.

The Retail Core
Towards the end of the pedestrian boulevard, in the centre of Al Marsa Island, the retail core takes place making it the centre of activity for the whole development. On the one side it spills over to the other bank of the lagoon and to the marina on the other side, and the area is reminiscent of the souks of old cities.
Dining
Restaurant & Cuisines outlets along the Marina and on both sides of the lagoon are very attractive because of their strategic location. An amphitheatre on the southern side of the pedestrian bridge sets the place for performances.

The Marina
The Marina terminates the main axial pedestrian boulevard. On the marina there are residential buildings and retail outlets. With several food, beverage and retail spaces occupying the ground level of the marina. The upper residential levels have magnificent views to the marina and the sea beyond.

The Beach Club
A beach Club on the Marina shall house the main administrative offices, restaurants, cafes, locker rooms and additional recreation and sports facilities. Additional berths for visitors shall be provided; in particular an area for mega-yachts shall be developed in the south west quadrant of the basin, featuring anchoring facilities, restaurants and amenities as well as a helipad.
Facilities
